Architecture & Interior Design

The existing site conditions, open on every desk in the studio for the life of the project.

Design With The Site Already In The Room

One capture session stands in for the tape measure, the camera roll and the second trip back. We record the space as it actually stands; geometry, finishes, light, the awkward bulkhead nobody drew. We return it as a model that you can walk, measure and pull references from at your desk. The site stops being somewhere you have to travel to, and becomes something your studio simply has open.

From Scanning and As-Built Modelling To Presentation

The same model that resolves a detail in documentation supports the concept in a client meeting. Send a link and the client walks the space from anywhere. Capture again once works are complete and the before-and-after sit juxtaposed. Where a drawing or mesh model is needed to begin, we produce preliminary floor plans and as-built models directly from the capture — indicative, manually reviewed, and issued as a working reference in your format of choice.

Rapid delivery of your design context, so that you spend less time documenting what exists and more time designing what’s to come.
